What is the ruling and procedure for the sa‘i performed after Tawaf al-Ifadah?

The said Sa‘i is wajib. Some have said that it is fard. This Sa‘i is the same as the Sa‘i of ‘Umrah. This Sa‘i may be performed wearing any clothing.
