These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hajj & Umrah App and this website. Please read them carefully — by downloading, browsing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By installing or using the app you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the app.
2. Using the App
You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial spiritual and travel needs. You agree not to misuse it: no reverse engineering, no attempt to disrupt the service, and no use of its content in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity that happens under your account, and you should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Religious and Travel Guidance
Guides, ritual counters, prayer times, Qibla direction, and maps are provided for your convenience and are calculated from publicly available data. They do not replace the guidance of a qualified scholar or the instructions of the Saudi authorities and your travel operator, so always verify anything critical to your pilgrimage.
5. Donations
Donations made through the app support the development of the app and the projects described at the time of giving. Unless the law requires otherwise, donations are non-refundable, and payments are handled by third-party processors under their own terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The app and its design, text, graphics, and logos belong to Nukta Solutions and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The app may link to or rely on third-party services such as map providers, app stores, and payment processors. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate for every location and moment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including missed rituals, travel disruption, or reliance on the times and directions shown in the app.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms as the app develops. Continuing to use the app after a revision means you accept the updated terms, and the date above shows when they last changed.
