Can those who could not leave Mina before sunset on the 12th perform the stoning before noon on the 13th?

According to Imam Abu Hanifah (may Allah have mercy on him), it is permissible to throw the pebbles. However, according to his two companions in the same madhhab, Imam Abu Yusuf and Imam Muhammad, it is not permissible to throw the pebbles before the sun passes its zenith at noon. Therefore, it is better not to throw them before noon.
