From where should the residents of Makkah enter into ihram?

For the ihram of Hajj, one should enter ihram from one’s own home; for the ihram of Umrah, one should go to Masjid al-Tan‘im or any place outside the boundaries of the Haram and enter ihram there. Foreigners working in Makkah should do the same.
