What is the ruling if someone has sexual intercourse with his wife during Hajj or while in the state of ihram?

According to the majority of scholars, the Hajj of both husband and wife will be invalidated, whether that intercourse takes place before or after the stay at Arafat. If the Hajj is invalidated, they must make up this Hajj the following year.
