If someone, while in the state of ihram, does any one of the prohibited acts out of forgetfulness or ignorance, what should they do?

No damm or fidyah is required for this. As soon as one remembers or becomes aware, one must refrain from this act and seek forgiveness for it. However, if one engages in sexual intercourse, the Hajj will become invalid.
