What is the ruling on performing Salah during the days of staying in Mina?

Perform the four-rak‘ah obligatory prayers as two rak‘ahs each. However, do not combine them; perform each prayer at its prescribed time. Those who consider themselves residents in Mina may also perform four rak‘ahs.
