How far do the boundaries of the Sacred Haram extend? Are Mina and Muzdalifah inside or outside the Haram?

These two areas are located within the boundaries of the Haram; that is, they are part of the Haram. However, the plain of Arafat is outside the Haram. The boundaries of the Haram from the Ka'bah are:

(a) To the east, 16 kilometres up to Ji'ranah.

(b) To the west, 15 kilometres up to Hudaybiyyah (Shumaysi).

(c) To the north, 6 kilometres up to Tan'im.

(d) To the south, 12 kilometres up to Adah.

(e) To the north-east, 14 kilometres up to Wadi Nakhlah.
