Where and how should the Hady and sacrificial animal be offered?

It is obligatory to slaughter the hady in Mina or Makkah. However, the udhiyah may also be offered in one’s own country. Pilgrims now avail themselves of this facility by depositing money in the bank through their mu‘allim or group leader, thereby completing the purchase and slaughter of the hady animal. You too can therefore easily arrange the slaughter of your hady animal by depositing the money in the bank beforehand, without risking the extreme hardship of traveling long distances along unfamiliar and unknown routes. Thus, once you have finished stoning, your next task will be to cut your hair.
